We’re on a mission to empower 100,000 purpose-driven creators to impact 1 billion lives with their voice—and YouTube is a cornerstone of that movement. To do that, we’re building a world-class team—and we’re looking for a driven, emotionally intelligent Appointment Setter to help us grow.

🎯 The Role: Appointment Setter
This is a fully remote, commission-based role where your main responsibility is booking qualified sales calls with high-potential leads who have shown interest in our programs.

You won’t be cold-pitching strangers—you’ll be nurturing warm leads inside our community, social platforms, and inbound application funnels. Your job is to connect, qualify, and inspire action by booking them into a sales call with one of our closers.

And when they enroll, you earn 5% commission on every deal closed from the calls you booked.

💼 Responsibilities
- Follow up with warm leads through DMs, texts, emails or calls
- Qualify prospects and determine if they’re a good fit for our high-ticket offers
- Book them into enrollment calls with our high-ticket closers
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and appointments
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize conversions

💰 Compensation & Growth
