And now, we’re looking for a strategic, emotionally intelligent YouTube Video Script Writer to help us take our content—and our students'—to the next level.

🧠 The Role: YouTube Script Writer
This is a remote, project-based role with opportunities for growth into a full-time or leadership role.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Writing long-form (5–12 min) YouTube scripts and short-form video outlines using our viral video methodology
- Supporting both agency client content and internal brand content (Prince EA, Creator Journey, and our creative team)
- Hosting weekly video scripting workshops for our Creator Journey students (we’ll train you on our format if needed)
- Reverse-engineering top-performing videos and scripting new ones designed for virality, retention, and conversions

🛠 Responsibilities
- Write emotionally compelling, story-driven scripts and outlines based on client messaging
- Follow our internal video script formulas and adapt to different creator tones
- Use viral storytelling techniques and proven YouTube frameworks
- Participate in ideation, research, and competitive video analysis
- Lead student workshops to break down viral content and help them craft their own scripts
- Stay up-to-date on YouTube content trends, creators, and algorithm shifts
